Hi, I’m Milos, architect, blogger, and world traveler. I was born in Belgrade, Serbia, where I studied architecture and urban planning at Belgrade University. In 2005, I attended a summer school in Madrid and immediately fell in love with Spain.
In 2006, I moved to Barcelona to continue my studies at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. I found Barcelona to be a bit different, but it still had that laid-back and friendly Southern European attitude that first attracted me.
For several years, I worked as an architect. However, when the financial crisis hit in 2008, I had to reinvent myself. I worked as a translator before fully switching to tourism. Among the many things I did, my favorites were leading walking and bike tours around Barcelona, with a special focus on architecture (naturally).
In 2016, I started my first travel blog, Happy Frog Travels. At first, I simply wanted to share my journeys with friends and family, but it soon grew into a full-time business. A few years later, I launched The Biggest Cities in China, In Love with Greece, and In Love with Italy.
Still, something felt missing. I needed a dedicated space just for Spain. After all, it’s my greatest love! That’s how Happy Frog in Spain was born. Here, I share my tips on the best places to visit, exciting things to do, and the most unique places to stay. So, join me, and let’s explore Spain together!
